A classic in the educational, corporate and industrial markets. Features large Titan fluid head with pan and tilt drag controls, independent pan and tilt locks, quick release plate and bubble level. Heavy-duty chrome-steel tubing with 3 inch individually locking rubber wheels. Engineered with a low center of gravity for better balance. Center post telescopes 27 in. and locks by twisting collar lock. Folds easily for storage and transport.
