The Samson C01 is a cost effective solution for project studio owners and recording enthusiasts who prefer the detail and clarity of condenser microphones over the SPL capabilities of dynamic. The microphone features a large 19mm diaphragm at the heart of the capsule resulting in high sensitivity and flat frequency response. It's hyper-cardioid polar pattern greatly reduces signal at the off-axis (indirect) sections of the capsule, reducing ambient noise and providing high gain before feed back. The output stage features a gold plated XLR output for added sensitivity response and greater signal to noise ratio. The C01's rugged all metal housing and grille give it it's durability.
