All external users of the Camcor Backoffice system (which includes: Sales App, order retrieval, catalog editor, homepage editor) will be required to use 2-Factor Authentication via Google Authenticator. Instructions on how to install the app and generate tokens can be found in the backoffice itself, on the right side of Main Menu. To set up via QR code you must be inside one of the facilities (i.e. inside the firewall) or logged in via VPN.
If you do not have intranet access, contact IT for alternate installation instructions.
Important Note: The VPN access token is a different number and cannot be used to access Backoffice.
